Can I have a free sample to help me make a decision?
Yes, we offer free samples of all of our carpets, artificial grasses and vinyl flooring.
Colours and shades may differ from screen to screen, as well as the lighting in your room. We always recommend ordering samples to see the colour and quality for yourself.
How long does delivery take?
At Trade Price Floors we offer a Fast Delivery service. Most orders are dispatched The next working day if you order before 8am on a Monday, or 12 noon Tuesday to Friday. We will then aim to deliver your order within 2 working days from dispatch (this may be longer for some areas of Scotland or offshore areas).
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all of the prices on our website include VAT with no hidden charges at the checkout!
Do feltback carpets need an underlay?
No, feltback carpets can be fitted with or without carpet underlay.
We always recommend adding an underlay to increase the lifetime of any carpet and make your carpet feel softer. It's an affordable way of adding extra comfort and extending the life of your carpet.
How can I place an order?
At Trade Price floors you can place your order securely online or over the telephone. You are able to pay securely with a credit or debit card or by PayPal. We do not store any of your sensitive information and all telephone payments are taken through our secure payment portal which is fully PCI compliant.
